Creating MTN DEW’s First Ever Loyalty Program

MTN DEW fans are some of the most die-hard out there, but there was something missing. There was nowhere they could interact with each other, earn rewards, participate in challenges, sound off in forums, participate in giveaways, or get early access to flavor drops. There was also nowhere to gather data for future campaigns internally…until we created the first ever MTN DEW loyalty program, Dew Nation HQ.

We came up with a fresh, witty perspective on content creation using Influitive’s customer community platform. DEW Nation HQ quickly became the ultimate fan hub with 82% of users saying they trust DNHQ as their #1 source of DEW truth. There are currently over 360k members, 100k monthly challenge completes, and a consistent email open rate with an average over 40%. Membership also nearly quadrupled during the launch of MTN DEW Typhoon.
