We began with in-depth discovery, including stakeholder interviews, market research, and a competitive audit to understand the private aviation landscape. This work uncovered a key insight: Jets.com clients value trust, care, and flexibility as much as luxury. From there, we developed a new brand strategy centered on unmatched care, certified safety, and a human-first approach. We established a refreshed tone of voice that’s confident, knowledgeable, and built for a discerning audience.
The visual identity was completely overhauled, balancing refinement with a sense of momentum and modernity. We designed and built a new website from the ground up, focusing on seamless UX and clear storytelling across the fleet, services, and client benefits. Our team also created custom sales tools, print collateral, and branded swag to bring the identity to life in every setting.
To launch the brand, we concepted and produced “Limitless Horizons,” a cinematic hero film that repositions Jets.com as a trusted partner in life’s most meaningful journeys.
